Protein SHAKES!!!!

Ok so i bought 2, 10kg weights to add on to my pole, bar.. watever u call tht thing. Ya and i felt more strain this time when lifting.
Anyway, mum wants me to get buff, quicker, so tmr i am going to buy protein shakes. Anyone who has any knowledge about this kind of product, please let me know.

I can't believe i am saying this... I MISS SCHOOL.

Russ dont get mass gainers cause you will just gain weight. Just get protein shakes from GNC. If you are lactose intolerant get soy protein. Others should be fine. Careful its really heaty and gives you pimples. Carbs gives you the buff look.. =)

ahaha so ur finally gonna start weight lifting. check out this website www.myfit.ca . i always refer to this website on what exercises to do. i believe the bar u got is what u call a barbell. u can use it to do many things. you should get some dumbbells too because some weight lifting stuff cant be done with just a barbell. and make sure u do the exercises properly or you'll get injured. follow the diagrams correctly. and you shouldnt lift weight everyday because ur muscles need time to recover. you should try doing it every alternate day.
